Do you deliver to PO Boxes?Updated 5 months ago

Due to variations around the world and variations in the size of parcels that we ship we are unable to guarantee PO Box delivery for all locations, please see below for some guidance.

UK Customers

The majority of our UK delivery service is provided by Royal Mail who are able to deliver to PO Box addresses, if you are ordering a particularly large order or some of our heavier dinnerware pieces, please do contact us before ordering to check your options.

USA Customers

The majority of our USA delivery service is provided by USPS who are able to deliver to PO Box addresses, if you are ordering a particularly large order or some of our heavier dinnerware pieces, please do contact us before ordering to check your options.

Dubai Customers

The majority of our Dubai delivery service is provided by Emirates post who will typically only be able to deliver to a work or PO Box address, 

We do have the option to send with a courier although an additional charge may apply, please do contact us before ordering to check your options.

Other locations

As with other locations the majority of our orders will be shipped using a service that hands over to the local postal service, if you are ordering a particularly large order or some of our heavier dinnerware pieces, please do contact us before ordering to check your options.
