Faulty/ Damaged itemsUpdated 5 months ago

We aim for all orders to arrive with you in perfect condition, if anything arrives damaged, faulty or there is any other problem with your order then please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. 


Damaged on arrival

We are really sorry an item has arrived damaged in your order, please contact us attaching clear photographs of the damaged item/s and any damage to the packaging on arrival.


Faulty on arrival

We are really sorry an item has arrived with a fault, please contact us attaching clear photographs of the faulty item/s.


Faulty after use

If any product purchased directly from us develops a fault within 6 months, please contact us attaching clear photographs of the faulty item/s.

Any products developing a fault after 6 months of use, will not typically be considered by our customer service team unless it was proven the fault was present on receipt.


Faulty - purchased from another retailer

Unfortunately our customer service team can only consider items that have been purchased directly from us, if your item was purchased through one of our retail partners then you would need to report the issue to their customer services team, contact details can usually be found at the footer of their website.
