How to return an itemUpdated 2 months ago
In the unlikely event you do not love your items we are happy to accept returns for all orders placed through eleanorbowmer.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order.
Simply log into our Returns Portal and create a returns request. This will then be reviewed by our team.
For our UK customers, we provide a returns label at a flat rate postage fee of £3.50 for each return (not per item returned), this will be deducted from the amount refunded to you. Faulty returns are not charged a returns postage fee.
For international customers separate instructions will be provided once your return request has been approved.
Your refund will be processed within 7 working days of us receiving your return given it's in the conditions mentioned below, all refunds will be applied to the original payment method unless selected in the returns portal:
Please note:
- Returns must be sent to us within 14 days of your request being approved.
- Please ensure your order number is included or we will be unable to process your return.
- All products must be returned in an unused condition with original tags/packaging.
- Any personalised items (textiles or prints) are non-refundable.
- We currently only offer exchanges on clothing products for an alternative size.
Wallpaper Return
Returns are accepted on all wallpaper which is still in the original unopened packaging in an unused, please follow the steps above.
Faulty / Damaged Items:
We aim for all orders to arrive in the same condition that we dispatch them, if anything arrives damaged, faulty or there is any other problem with your order then please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
If any product develops a fault after 6 months, it is up to the customer to prove this was faulty at the point of delivery.
