In the unlikely event you do not love your wallpaper or have ordered a roll too many and want to return them, we offer a 30 day returns period from receiving your order, please find all returns information below.
Wallpaper Returns
Returns are accepted on all wallpaper in line with the below processes for wallpaper which is still in the original unopened packaging in an unused, new condition.
Simply log into our Returns Portal and create a returns request. This will then be reviewed by our team.
For our UK customers, we provide a returns label at a flat rate postage fee of £3.50 for each return (not per item returned), this will be deducted from the amount refunded to you. Faulty returns are not charged a returns postage fee.
For international customers separate instructions will be provided once your return request has been approved.
Your refund will be processed within 7 working days of us receiving your return given it's in the conditions mentioned below, all refunds will be applied to the original payment method unless selected in the returns portal:
Please note:
- Returns must be sent to us within 14 days of your request being approved.
- Please ensure your order number is included or we will be unable to process your return.
- All products must be returned in an unused condition with original tags/packaging.
- Discontinued wallpaper which has been ordered as a "custom" production is non returnable.
- We currently only offer exchanges on clothing products for an alternative size.
If you have a faulty item please contact us regarding this before requesting a return, faulty returns are not charged a returns postage fee.
